    What does the warranty policy include?

    MALHVIA covers possible defects in purchased jewelry for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

    In accordance with this policy, MALHVIA will replace parts with manufacturing defects. This policy applies only to products created by MALHVIA and purchased through authorized sales channels.

    Products made with natural materials may present variations due to their natural origin, which cannot be considered defects.

    Damage caused by improper use by the consumer will not be covered by the warranty .

    Manufacturing errors refer to the structure of the jewel, such as the structure of the ring.

    Some examples of manufacturing errors include : porosity of the materials, pores in the surface, defects in the metal, uneven settings, breaks, scratches or chips in the stones at the time of purchase.

    Some examples of normal wear and tear on jewelry that are not covered by the warranty are: unavoidable marks, nicks and scratches, discoloration from exposure to certain chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs or baths, damage to rings or deformations caused by everyday activities that result in lost stones, bent, snagged or worn prongs that may cause stones to fall out, broken earring posts, broken chains, damaged bracelet links or clasps.
