    CHANGES

    You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to exchange your products. You must do the following:

    Peninsular orders

    • Contact us through our email info@malhvia.com , we will create a new order with the products you want to change.
    • When the new order is delivered, the delivery person will collect the products you wish to return.
    • Shipping costs are free for the first exchange, from the second exchange onwards the cost will be borne by the customer in the amount of €6.95.
    • In case the reason for the exchange is due to a defect in the product, all shipping costs are free for you.
    • Exchanges of personalized products or earrings, piercings and ear cuffs are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
    • Products must be new or in perfect condition.
    • Products must be delivered in their original packaging, including the box and jewelry bag. If this is not available, a shipping charge of €5.95 will be applied.
    • Our carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a day and approximate time for collection. It is very important that you are there on the agreed day, otherwise you will be charged €5 for the second collection attempt.

    Orders from the Balearic and Canary Islands
