    You have a period of 30 days from the delivery of your order to make an exchange of your products. You must do the following:

    Peninsular orders

    • Contact us through our email info@malhvia.com , we will create a new order with the products you want to change.
    • Upon delivery of the new order, the delivery person will collect the products you want to return.
    • Shipping costs are free for the first exchange, from the 2nd onwards the cost will be borne by the customer in the amount of €6.95.
    • If the reason for the exchange is due to a defect in the product, all shipping costs are free for you.
    • Exchanges of personalized products or earrings, piercings and ear cuffs are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
    • The products must be new or in perfect condition.
    • The products must be delivered in their original packaging, including the box and jewelry bag. If they are not available, €5.95 will be charged.
    • Our carrier will contact you by phone to agree on an approximate day and time for the collection. It is very important that you arrive on the agreed day, otherwise you will be charged €5 for the second collection attempt.
