- The first thing is that jewelry can lose its shine due to use, to try to avoid this, it is very important that it does not come into contact with chemical products (perfumes, soaps, creams...). If you are going to do sports, it is better to save them since the sweat of our PH can also affect the shine. Avoid sleeping with them, showering or doing any skincare routine. Water reduces the duration of gold plating and voids the warranty.
- To clean your silver jewelry, it is best to use a cotton cloth, a little neutral soap and warm water. Rub gently and dry the piece very well, so that they shine again like the first day. Gold-plated silver jewelry can only be cleaned with a dry cotton cloth (without water, soaps, or liquids) that could affect the gold plating. If the jewelry has any bumps or scratches, this will not disappear since they are defects due to misuse.
- Protect and store your jewelry in places without humidity or sun exposure. We recommend doing it individually in our cotton bags or in jewelry boxes with dividers and lined with cotton fabric. Our recycled cardboard boxes are not designed as a jewelry box, as they are not airtight and may affect their color.
