. Avoid getting your jewelry wet , if you go to the beach, pool or simply wash your hands, it is better to take them off and if they accidentally get wet, dry them well.
. Chemicals can damage jewelry, especially gold plating. It is important to avoid direct contact with: Perfumes, soaps, creams, cleaning products, hydroalcoholic gel, etc...
. If you practice sports, keep them, it has been proven that the PH generated by sweat can also affect the gold plating of jewelry.

You have a period of 30 days from the delivery of your order to make an exchange of your products. Changes are free.

Orders from the Balearic and Canary Islands

- MY ORDERS ARE FOR GIFTS, HOW CAN I KNOW WHICH JEWELRY IS FOR WHOM?

Whenever it is for a gift, you can tell us and if there are different people, in each box, we attach a label with the name of each one of them, so you will quickly identify which box it is and you will not have to open the packages.

- DO YOUR JEWELRY HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes, all the pieces you purchase at Malhvia have a 60-day warranty from receipt. The warranty is valid for defects in materials and/or workmanship. The warranty does not include defects due to wear or misuse. To avoid this point, we recommend that you enter the “ Jewelry care ” link.

- WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF THE JEWELRY?
